This is a feature I’ve seen in an automation software in Brazil:
The software is integrated with a Facebook app to share landing pages on facebook, the app asks for permission to lead, after authorized captures information and sends it to the CRM. The lead receives notification campaigns directly on your facebook and email.
Notifications can be scheduled (campaigns) or manual.
