Think you need to remove it from the database. If you don’t like to use the console commands you can download https://www.adminer.org and upload the php file and login to your db that way and get a nice webinterface to administrate the db.

how do i delete a tag that is being duplicated by hazardous writing, in a rapid manner? Delete is a big issue.
