Hello,



I have recently added tags to my contacts but mistakenly I have added a tag with a comma like “ACTIVE,” so now I want to remove this comma so my tag will be visible as “ACTIVE” in the end of tags how can I do it in mass.

You have database access?

phpmyadmin access ?

Yes, either with phpMyAdmin or root access. You can update your tag in the lead_tags table. I think currently it is the only solution which works.

The problem is fixed can I ask something else which is not related to the subject or should I open another thread?

Hello everyone :slight_smile:,

I’ve edited my database to make some order in my tags by changing the tag names, but this messed my campaign’s conditions that were using these tags. Did anyone had such issues?
