I’ve played around with focus items and find it pretty cool!
I simply added some text and set the appearance to modal dialog. When i click the “x” on the upper right, the dialog disappears and never returns, even if i set the “how often to engage” to “every page” and "Stop engaging after closing the focus? " to “no”.
I find a cookie called “mautic_focus_1_closed” and set to value “1”. If i delete that cookie, or set it’s value to “0” it appears again.
What i have in mind is, that a user cannot dismiss (close) the dialog. Or, as an alternative, it reappears on every new page (subpage) loaded.
