I tried setting up a Focus Item in Mautic against my compan’t WordPres website. I used push to link option in Focus builder.



I selected “Visitor intends to leave” option and Activate on link clicks.



The problem is that it the popup modal appears on the page when you launch the page as opposed to when you exit the page.

I tried adding the code to the header theme for the entire site and just on one particular page and it makes no difference. The modal pop-up launches when you enter the site / page – NOT when you leave the page / site.

I want the modul to work upon exiting the website - encouraging people to visit a page on the website (link) before exiting the website.

I’ve looked in the forum and can’t find any threads about it. The document is light on: https://mautic.org/docs/en/focus/index.html
