Form not redirect

Hello.



It’s a question about download edition.



When made “form”,


  1. “Successful Submit Action” -> select “Redirect URL”
  2. " Redirect URL/Message"-> input Thanks page URL



    Even if a Send button is also pressed with this setting, it isn’t redirected.



    Isn’t setting enough?

Tested. The response from the server is:

The redirect doesn’t work even from the public form URL http://www.wplng.com/mautic/form/7

I tested it on my Mautic instance and the redirect worked fine.

Do you have any error messages in the Mautic logs (app/logs directory) or in the server logs?

I checked the Mautic logs & the server logs. But there were no errors. I’ll also experiment on a different server.

Hello.

I changed the form’s “Name” to English from Japanese. Then the form redirect right.

“Japanese” seems to have been the cause.
