Forms are forcing to http not https

We have Mautic installed and running on a secure internal domain but have noticed that all forms are being created with an action of http not https. I cannot find any setting that would force https on form generation. Is there a config file or some other setting at play here forcing the action to http? As a result, browsers on our main domain are giving mixed content warnings and the form action is being rejected
