froala license terms

What are the license terms on the froala editor via Mautic? Looking at their site I don’t see a GPL or other type of public license being offered. Does mautic have their OEM license and offer froala based on the OEM license? If so what are the terms being transferred to mautic users, and others potentially offering mautic as a service and/or to other clients?

Thanks,

I see this is an old thread and I am curious why nobody responded.
