Generate Token based on encripted email

Hello,



Can someone help me? In every email hwo mautic will send I need to generate a token ( 32 characters ) based on encripted email like :

http://www.mysite?token=sdsdeh2365ge5fqgsd6gwe6gwf5dg53 . When user click on link will go to my site and there I will extract email from token to know info about user. How can I generate this token in mautic, or add extra php scripts in mautic to generate it ?
