How to add page title to mautic form when it's submitted?

Hi. Is there a way to add the page title or URL of the page that the user has submitted a form from? I would like to achieve that when a user submits a form on a WordPress page, I see the page title or URL from where the form was submitted. I hope you understand what I would like to achieve.
