How To Setup Limit Of 1500 mails/hour

I am using a hosting provider and a SMTP server with a limit of 1500 mails/relays per hour.



However, I do not know how to set this up with Mautic.



Can someone please help me to set it up so that I don´t send more than 1500 mails each hour?
