i have a mautic.com account but usually have to wait for hours to get response from the dedicated support (i’m in australia. My import leads function just disappeared from the manage leads section. Any pointers as to why this happened? Manythnks.

I’m afraid here is no one who can answer a question about mautic.com service. It doesn’t mean they ignore you. They are just in a different timezone.
