I just configured our Mautic account, and connected with our Salesforce account.



What I need is to import our Salesforce leads and contacts into Mautic. Is that possibile?

Hi Vivocha

Mautic has a CSV import tool for leads. So you can export leads from SalesForce into a CSV, and then import them into Mautic. This will only have to be done once!

Hi Chad, thanks for your reply. What about Salesforce contacts? Salesforce export tool provide me two files, one with Accounts and another one with Contacts. Thanks

So the The best thing to do would be to add a column to each spreadsheet which identifies the lead type. Just add “contact” or “account” to each row. Then create an extra field for the type in mautic. Then import the data into that field and you can use it as a filter later.
