In what order are the campaign actions executed?

I have a question to which I can’t find the answer after looking in the code from Mautic.

When the mautic:campaigns:trigger command is used, are the campaign actions stored in the table (campaign_lead_event_log) executed in chronological order by identifier (id) or by trigger date (trigger_date)?
