How can i get incoming sms to display in dashboard? it seems that when someone replies to our sms, we wont know it till we click on their name and view their contact info.
How can we make it so all inbound sms display on dashboard inorder to answer and respond quickly ?

My problem is: Incoming SMS not displaying in dashboard…
In the campaign builder, after processing user_sending_text message, I sort the responses with tags with segments filtered by the same. Unfortunately, the graphs, reports, and events such as points, stages really don’t understand texting so like most other logic, I use tags. If anyone has a better workflow, I’m also all ears!
Any updates with this? I went ahead and downloaded other sms 2way scripts codecanyon… Works nice and i can see all replies and hold a conversation with the contacts.
