Installing Plugins

Hi everybody,

I’m very new to Mautic(2 days), so please bare with me :slight_smile:

I can’t get a plugin to show up in the “Manage Plugins” area.

I have:

  1. uploaded the plugin to the “plugins” folder
  2. cleared out the /app->cache folder
  3. clicked “Install/Upgrade Plugins”

All my Google and Mautic Forum searches refer back to the three steps above, so I’m going round in circles.

Am I missing something?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.

I’m afraid your steps above didn’t work either.

Just to double check: I am meant to upload the plugin(Mautic Recaptcha) to the “Plugins” folder, aren’t I?

The only problem (and that’s why I found this thread) is that it pre-loads captcha slowing down pages with this form. I’m trying to find a better approach/solution.
