Internal Server Error 500 when visiting mautic.mydomain/dwc

Could somebody confirm that this ought to work?
When I add this URL mautic.mydomain.biz/dwc
(nothing behind the DWC) in Chrome on my Windows laptop I receive an internal server error 500.

I’m trying to fix why my DWC is not displayed in WP.
