Is it possible to structure e-mails dynamically?

I’m very new to Mautic, but I’ve figured out this program to some degree. However, what I’m trying to achieve with this platform seems fairly simple and would be ideal; Can I generate an e-mail for a contact based off of information like their state, for example?



If I wanted to send an email to someone who lived in California vs someone who lives in Texas, I’d like a section of the email to be completely different so that it can be related to explicitly by the individual living there. It’d be ideal if this were to work with several diverse demographics based on custom fields and contact info.
