Thank you for this japanese translation. this is great effort! but, I wonder how all of these files can be installed into Mautic? Please advise.

You can select a language in the Mautic’s configuration and save it. Mautic will download the saved language automatically. There is a bug in 1.2.2 which doesn’t let you do that. Wait for the release of 1.2.3 or fix these rows:
