Joomla configuration

Hi Support,

I have downloaded and installed the Joomla plugin, but can’t get it working.

On a localhost the error is

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I am missing something - where is the plugin installed, I can configure in the back end but cant find any install folders?

Thanks in advance

Hi!

It sounds like you need to verify that you have correctly entered your URL to the tracking pixel within Mautic on your server. I think that might be the problem. Let me know if you still have a problem.

You can also try to load the pixel directly in your browser to make sure it’s right.

Thanks,
David

Thanks, I just found this message on the plugin config page

Notice: Undefined index: accessToken in C:xampphtdocsportalpluginssystemmauticfieldsauthorizebutton.php on line 44

is this the issue?

I have tried different URL’s but get errors, can you explain how the url should be defined?

Thanks for the response
Daniel

For instance I set the base url as

localhost/portal

and the error is

http://localhost/portal/localhost/portal/mtracking.gif?d=YTo0OntzOjU6InRpdG…9uX2lkPTEwMDIwIjtzOjM6InVybCI7czoyNDoiaHR0cDovL2xvY2FsaG9zdC9wb3J0YWwvIjt9 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

How should the base url be constructed?

Can you tell me where the mtracking.gif file should be located after installing the Joomla plugin?

Looking forward to the potential here.
Thanks
Daniel

Could you confirm you set the URL starting with http:// ?
