Mautic Plugin for Joomla doesn’t seem to be adding a tracking pixel. The plugin has been authorized with Mautic’s API. However, there isn’t a mtracking.gif anywhere on any page. I have viewed the source of multiple pages and still nothing.

I know this sounds basic so I hesitate to even ask, but have you enabled the plugin? Joomla requires you to enable after install. If you have and it’s still not working would you mind posting a link to a page of the site so I can glance at the source code?

So what was the conclusion of the problem? Was the tracking pixel found? If so, what was the problem?
I’ve noticed this a lot in this forum. No one comes back to say the conclusion.
