Joomla form submissions aren't tracked

I’ve successfully installed the Mautic plugin in our joomla website. When I click submit, the leads details are captured in Mautic.



But my problem now is the submission count in my contact form isn’t increasing. It should be, every time a form is submitted from Joomla, the Submission Count will increase.
