My firm asked me to make a Lean Marketing Automation SaaS which basically contains Landing Page, Email Suite, Contacts and Analytics, for which i chose Django to build on, is this an overkill? Any suggestions?

Why would you implement something like that by yourself? And - in consideration of the fact that this is a forum for a feature-rich marketing automation suite (SaaS and non-SaaS) - why would you ask us?
I would also love to see a django mautic plugin
I was thinking about working on this too.
