Hello,



I am looking to create 32 Segmented list for emails. When people optin from my formsI want then to be segmented into different lists.



Where do I create these 32 email lists within Mautic?

Hi There,

Mautic has this feature called SMART lists.

Essentially any contact can be allocated to one or more smart lists.

You must first create a new Smart Lists by using the “Manage Lists” section.

Simply create your 32 smart lists, and if you want you can add a filter at the same time.

Once you have your Smart lists created then you can easily allocate contacts to lists via forms, or emails, and campaigns.

Depending on what you are trying to achieve, another option you might want to think about is using Tags instead of or in partnership with the Smart Lists.

Hello ,

Thank You for the reply but now that I think about it I think I want to create “Tags” If I have one optin form and I can identify certain users thru Tags. I believe that is the better way of doing things.

Where and how do I create “Tags” in Mautic is my question?
