Iβm the Chief Product Officer at Metricool, a SaaS company focused on social media management.
We use Mautic (self-hosted) only for our internal email marketing β not for reselling or offering to clients.
Right now, we are looking for a Mautic Specialist with strong experience managing big instances.
Our current setup:

Up to 1M emails/day in some weeks

Around 4M contacts

Many segments and campaigns running at the same time
We need help mainly with:
Administration of the instance β improve speed, stability, and performance for this big volume.
Optimization of the database β our page_hits and email_stats tables are huge and block backups ![]()
Keep a stable system to update Mautic consistently (we are now in version 5).
Some custom improvements (like the preference center), building custom plugins, or even small core edits.
Short term: strong skills in performance and stability management.
Mid term: code-level knowledge for customizations.
Itβs a long-term collaboration and a great opportunity to work with a large-scale Mautic setup ![]()
