mailing: mail failure

Hi I send the campaing to 2200 leads.



After the progress bar ends mautic show: “campaing” was sent but with some failures.

1862 sent and 438 failed



and show the list of failures. There are 3 o 4 malformed mails but most of then are normal emails.



In error log only report the malformed emails:

To send the remaining emails

And know what happened?

Hi @Miguel,

What transport are you using? If you are using Mandrill, Mandril returns a status for each email sent to it on whether it was queued or rejected. If some have soft or hard bounced, Mandrill will reject them for some defined period of time. Mandril’s dashboard should note if it rejected an email or not.

If you are using another transport, then we’ll have to dig a little deeper. Would be curious if the 438 are rejected each time you tried to send them?

I retry send

The information showed by mautic is confusing me.

Before click Send I have this information:
343 Pending 1862 Sent 287 Read (343 Pending not the 438 failed)

I click Send

“10% descuento en tu pastor eléctrico” was sent but with some failures.
105 sent and 295 failed

¿105 vs 295? ¿where are the 343?

And Now I have this information about the email

238 Pending 1967 Sent 293 Read
