@mkgarg That’s a common error that we are seeing and I’m unsure of what caused the issue. Please delete your app/cache/prod
folder manually or run php app/console cache:clear
from the command line.
is there captcha or reCaptcha support for the forms as an anti-spam?

Thank You!
Trying a fresh install of 1.3.0 from the browser. When I visit .com/mautic, it gives below error-
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home//public_html/mautic/app/bootstrap.php.cache on line 2704
Any idea what the issue is?
Thanks

Tried now many times and it just hang on ‘Extracting Package - In Progress’.
app/cache/prod deleted
It can not take hours to update … tried already for 3 hours and other times, nothing happen.
— Now it then after MANY try it may work!! ‘Extracting Package - In Progress’
same situation, running but nothing happen !!
@dbhurley It also happened to me
If I click on the link Plugins, this does not work, does not lead me to the plugins page. And if I type directly in the browser ‘myapp/s/plugins’ shows me an error page.
Do I have to clean app/cache?
