Your problem
My problem is:
Hey, there I just upgraded mautic in the 3.3.1 version I getting an issue with email fetching.
I just created contact and add to the segment and start the campaign journey, when the user contact replies then send the other email, but replies is not working I also configure moniter email and contact replies section.
I used some cronjobs for this :
mautic:email:fetch
0 emails processed for {imap.gmail.com:993/imap/ssl}INBOX with a criteria of UID 4726:1000004726
whereas I recieved the email from the use but canno’t recognise by imap.
These errors are showing in the log:
There is no issue in logs
Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
For solving this problem I tried to use contact replies to all mail but its not work for then change it to INBOX.
none of these working so I freshly update to 3.3.1 so I might think its version but its would’nt work.
I really need this to be solve kindly help me. I already try each and every articles and to solve the issue but none of them work.
