Hi there.
I love Mautic but can’t get the Bounce feature with Sparkpost running. I have used this instruction https://innotiom.com/mautic-sparkpost-setup/ and also checked the official guidance at https://mautic.org/docs/en/emails/bounce_management.html
At the side of Sparkpost, everything seems fine, and events get send successfully.
But unfortunately, Mautic seems not to process this webhook. What can I do about this? Has anybody experienced this as well?
Cheers,
Elias

I’ve just realized even emails which have been successfully delivered are not getting moved to a different segment in my campaign after double-opt-in with a landing page. Either Sparkpost is sending wrong information or Mautic don’t understand the send data which has been send.
When sending a Test-Batch from Sparkpost to Mautic this message shows up:

Old post but i’ll jump on it. Did you solve this matter? I can’t get it to work either. I do get the success response, but nothing happens in the back end/on the user.
