My problem is:
Hi, I’m using mautic 2.16.0 on a shared server and all working ok but when I move to new VPS, only problem that Mautic can’t check email read or not. If I using Campaign, sometimes Mautic can check email read but not all, but when send direct email, it can’t check email read or not. I’ve cleared cache but it has the same problem.
I try to install new mautic site, it has same problem.
How can I check and fix my VPS has blocked any response that user read email? Thanks!
