My PHP version is : 8.2.14
My MySQL/MariaDB version is 10.11.8-MariaDB-cll-lve
My problem are :
1 configuration page does not open
2email not send
Steps I have tried to fix the problem : contact my hosting provider they said not they issue all setup very well on their end
this issue appear when i start config email part specialy default mailbox
What SMTP are you using?
i work with hostinger as provider
Okay, but what is your SMTP? The service you use for sending out emails?

1 my issue was related to the email setting that i entre only SMTP part is enough no need to add imap.
2 my other issue was related to crone job was not setup so sequence of emails was not work proparly
