We are in the process of setting up Mautic for our email marketing and I am wondering if other users have any insights on the List of Bots to not track with, in the System Settings.
When Mautic is set up there is already a long list of bots listed, did you keep all of the bots listed? Are there bots you removed from the list to allow tracking? Can the current list be added to?
Is there a standard for other commercial marketing solutions allowing bot tracking (Marketo, Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, etc)?
