For a given template, currently the e-mail's are sent only once, but we need a way to
resend the same e-mail template to the same recipient multiple times based on some condition.

Is there a solution to the above ?

Campaign emails can be sent more than once, as long as:

They are marked as Transactional (not marketing)

Each send is triggered by a different campaign
