Within quite a few of my contacts it says “Email probably had not been read yet” yet the same contacts are telling me that they have never received the email at all.

PS I have had them check their spam folders and there is nothing there. They do not have images block and cookies are enabled.
That could be related to so many reasons - first, what email service do you use?
Could you check, whether Mautic delivers to your outgoing mail server?

I am using my host as email provider for eg admin@mydomain.com
In the mautic email config it’s using php email.
