campaign emails sent but never received by contacts

Hello,

I have set up contacts emails and segments and a campaign ,

The email test for smtp settings and individual emails work fine they send out and actually arrive into the contact’s / lead’s inbox .

However when i run a campaign, the emails show they have left mautic but they never arrive into the contact’s / lead’s inbox .



Has any one experienced this and resolved it .

could some one help ?
