I was able to install mautic successfully and when I go to log back in my login credentials are not working.
Thinking I must have just forgotten them I chose reset password and I received s confirmation message that a new one was generated and sent out but I have yet to receive this message.
What are some options I have at corecting this without needing to reinstall everything

I think that the re-installation will be the fastest option for you.
