Number of contacts in segment incorrect

Hi all,

I have 39477 contacts in total. I have made a segment CARDEALERS which contains 20707 contacts

Now I have created a segment TEST with a filter ‘Segment Membership excluding CAREALERS’

I would expect that this segment contains 39477 - 20707 = 18770 contacts, but Mautic counts 23740

Is this a bug?

Have you import CSV ?

I have imported through CSV but I’m also feeding contacts throught the API
