Segments - Contact Number Wrong

Hi! I’m using Mautic 2.3 and some of my the segments shows a number of contacts much different than they really has.



What can be happening?

check you filters to only look contacts with email.

Hi @ninjoan thanks for your replay. I did it and now, all the contacts is in this segment… it can’t understand that only contacts that are already there AND with email must be there, because is not possible to make a reference to the self segment.

Acctually almost all my segments are a messy… I’m really sad with Mautic… I never had this situation with another CRM.
