Contacts are clicking on a link in a mail that was sent from my campaign, but no points are added.
When I look at the contacts history, I can see that they visited pages.
When I click on ‘Custom email…’ in the history I can see the content of the email, than I open the link that is in that email in a incognito window , the points are added.
Can someone tell me what’s wrong here?
