Hello,



I’ve created an account on mautic.com and I want to use it with Pipedrive CRM. Any contact form in Wordpress works sending the data to Pipedrive with this format [email], [name], etc to create a new deal. In Mautic I’ve tried with this shortcode {formfield=name} but it doesn’t work.



I think the problem is the email format. Pipedrive only can ‘read’ plain text format and Mautic always embeds the html, head and body tags =/

Hi Chris,

If you use the Send Form Results form submit action to send the email to Pipedrive, it should include a plaintext version of the email.

You were right! That works. Thanks.

I have another problem with the submission form using Mautic.com.
When i add the ‘Create/update Lead’ action, the form return a blank page: https://gutie.mautic.com/s/forms/preview/6
