Polish translation of docs

Hi!

As we spoke with Ruth on slack, we would like to contribute in Mautic development with polish translation of documentation. At the moment we are finishing translating it. We also found another person who agreed to help and check the translation we made. I hope that we will be able to follow the documentation changes in the future.

I encourage everyone who wants to help Mautic to participate in translations. If you are interested - let us know in this thread.
