Instalei o Mautic e subi com uma lista de contatos antigos (poucos, cerca de 180 contatos).
Criei um email de segmento, mas quando envio todos falham (nenhum é enviado).
Em um outro segmento onde há um contato cadastrado (eu mesmo), o email foi enviado, porém está enfileirado desde ontem…
Os emails de teste e de campanha estão sendo enviados normalmente, o que me sugere não ser algum problema de configuração do email.
Alguém sabe me dizer o que pode ser?
I installed Mautic and uploaded a list of old contacts (few, around 180 contacts).
I created a segment email, but when I send them all they fail (none are sent).
In another segment where there is a registered contact (myself), the email was sent, but it has been queued since yesterday…
The test and campaign emails are being sent normally, which suggests to me that there is no email configuration problem.
Can anyone tell me what it could be?
