Your problem
My problem is: We have configured the email sendings through amazon ses, I have followed the instructions of the configuration for the bounces issue.
The connection in mautic seems to be correct (attached screenshot), but Mautic does not reflect these bounces in order to clean the database.
We have created a report to visualize the bounces, but they are not reflected.
I don’t know if I missed a step, but how can we see the bounces in mautic?

Hi there, actually - if you send mails through Amazon SES via API, you should also set up SNS for receiving bounce information via calls from Amazon SES directly. No Inbox monitoring needed.
