I am not getting the mails of Reports.Please find a solution for me. Thanks

Preamble: I don’t want to judge anyone and anything, but I think with your “problem descriprion” and the sentence “please find a solution for me” you won’t motivate anyone to help you.

Please provide more details, e.g.:

  • Do other emails (direct or campaign) get sent out?
  • Have you checked your spam folder?
  • What does the log say?
  • Are your cron jobs setup correctly?
