Why I think they would benefit from this idea:
Recent 3.1.0 release features install command that can greatly increase ability to create stateless Mautic containers, currently Mautic container needs to be ran for the first time with no full configuration to initialize database. From what I understand, the command accepts full configuration and is idempotent.
