Salesforce Campaigns Integration

Hey all,



Struggling here with 2.8. Doesn’t seem that the new integration with Salesforce Campaigns is appearing / working for me. I’ve followed the integration instructions with Salesforce on the help page, but when I navigate to the “Push to integration page” I don’t get the corresponding drop downs to choose the campaign, member status and so on. Anyone else facing this?
