Hello, I have a small number of contacts that I’ve tagged, and I’m trying to run a search of all the contacts who are NOT tagged and then sort the results by points.
I’ve gone to create a segment, and under filters I chose “Tags” and then “Excluding” and then enter in the name of the tag. I click on “contacts” and then toggle to anonymous and I get this search query:
segment:havent-searched-ip-yet-2 is:anonymous
It’s serving me results that include those contacts that have been tagged. Any ideas what I’m missing here? Thanks!!!
