Segment counter displaying wrong number

Hello! I’m having an odd issue. When creating a segment, I see in it’s counter that it matches 17 contacts, however, when clicking on it, I see 2 contacts in the results (which us the correct result for that segmentation). Why may the counter not work properly?

Hi, I know this thread is quite old, but found no other related topic.

Same issue here.
Contact number doesn’t match between Segment list and the contact list filtered by this segment.
Tested if this has to do with:

  • Deleted contacts
  • Removed from segment contacts
  • “Do not contact” contacts

They work as expected, any idea why the counter does not display the correct number?
