Select image for mjml e-mails is not displayed

My Mautic version is: 4.4.10
My PHP version is: 8.0 - Ubuntu 22.04
My Database type and version is: 10.6.12-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.22.04.1

Your problem
My problem is: when i try to add pictures into a mjml e-mail, the “select image” site is not displayed, only a blue placeholder 350 X 250 is visible. the “select image” page opens perfectly when i try to insert images into a html e-mail. mautic is installed in a subdomain, the folders are writeable, i got no errors at installation.

These errors are showing in the log: no

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: change php to 7.4 and 8.1, re install, install mautic at another page

Hi @lupo955,

I might be a bit vague, but it appears to be a permission issue. Please verify the pastes permissions. Also, make sure the image file extension is allowed in your Mautic configurations.

thank you for your answer, when i use a mjml template there is no “Select Image” site, when using a html template, the site is visible and working correctly. it seems te be a strange behaviour of the editor, not of the data.
