Send Email to Segment

Is it possible to send a single email to an entire segment of users? I know we can do this with campaigns, but let’s say I want to report a bug to a segment of users who bought a particular product. Is there a way to do this without creating an entire campaign for it?



Seems a good feature to be able to send an email to a segment of people.



Maybe this already exists somehow I just couldn’t find it ;-)
